Po n\u011bkolika \u00farazech, to byl pr\u00e1v\u011b Nordic Walking, kter\u00fd mne dostal zp\u011bt do kondice a zbavil bolest\u00ed zad, hrudn\u00edku, kolen&#8230; Postupn\u011b jsem jej aplikovala na n\u011bkter\u00fdch m\u00fdch klientech. Obrovsk\u00e9 zlep\u0161en\u00ed jejich stavu se dostavilo pom\u011brn\u011b rychle. Zbavovali se bolest\u00ed, dostali se do kondice, zlep\u0161ilo je jim dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla, za\u010dalo se jim l\u00e9pe d\u00fdchat<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A pozor, Nordic Walking m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 jedno velik\u00e9 &#8222;riziko&#8220;!!!
